Injustice lies deep in the hearts of all men
Buried right on the top as the world began

As we listen and nod to the heated debate
Of unlearned men who put forth a foe
That we all thought was buried a long time ago
He's only illusion, but the joker came late
And the unlearned men serve his ghost on a plate

There's a hammer to swing
And a bell that needs rung
If freedom be free
Then it's got to be won
By good hearted folk
From all the world round
Who've heard the great call
Of the sundering sound

Rule is made simple with a comedy on fire
That deceives with its lighthearted take on the liar
Call it out straight and its kingship is through
But there's no fun in sinning when there's nothing to do

So we lap it up plain, and we take it as truth
Then hope we don't kill everyone neath the roof
It's easy, you see, if you let the fool bake
But he'll throw you in too, in his foolish man's cake
